These terms are an agreement between you and Shawn Valosin / Valosin Media (“Cortisip”, “we”). By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cortisip or to purchase a subscription. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Cortisip is a wellness companion, not a medical product and not a substitute for professional care. The “cortisol cocktail” recipes and reset routines are offered for enjoyment, hydration and general relaxation. They are not medically proven treatments, are not proven to lower cortisol or any other hormone, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
Nothing in the app is medical, nutritional or mental-health advice. Always talk to a qualified clinician before changing your diet or supplement intake, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a kidney, heart, blood-pressure or other medical condition. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, do not share your account, and tell us promptly at cortisip@valosinmedia.com if you believe it has been compromised.
Recipes, copy, routines and design in Cortisip remain our property. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the app.
Cortisip Plus is $3.99 per month or $23.99 per year, and both plans include a 7-day free trial. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record.
By subscribing, you agree that Cortisip Plus will automatically renew each month or year (depending on the plan you chose) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel during the free trial you are not charged. Prices may change with notice before a renewal; refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change or discontinue features, including free-tier limits, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranty that the app will produce any particular health, stress or wellbeing outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cortisip, Valosin Media and Shawn Valosin are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or personal injury arising from your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cortisip, Valosin Media and Shawn Valosin from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the app, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and we each consent to personal jurisdiction there.
