Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective August 10, 2026

Cortisip Plus is a recurring subscription, so this policy covers trials, cancellations and refunds on renewal charges.

During your 7-day free trial

Both the monthly and yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged and there is nothing to refund. Your account simply returns to the free tier.

Refunds after the trial

If you have been charged and you are not happy, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the billing period — no questions asked.

  • Monthly plan: refund is pro-rated for the days remaining in that month.
  • Yearly plan: refund is pro-rated for the months remaining in that year.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after a charge are outside this policy, but you can still cancel to stop future renewals.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal, linked from your Cortisip Profile screen (“Manage subscription”). Cancelling stops all future renewals immediately — there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.

What happens after you cancel

Your Cortisip Plus access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that date your account moves to the free tier: the daily reset routine, your streak, the wind-down tips and the starter recipes all stay available. Saved favorites above the free limit are kept but locked until you resubscribe.

Requesting a refund

Email cortisip@valosinmedia.com from the address on your account and include the approximate date of the charge. We aim to reply within two business days. Refunds are returned by Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method; your bank may take a few additional business days to post it.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds where an account has abused this policy through repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, or where a chargeback has already been filed for the same charge. Where local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
